Perfect Location and Service

central location helpful staff spacious bathroom
The central location allowed easy access to many places. The staff were always willing to help. The front desk was very efficient with check in and check out. The room was spacious with a good-sized bathroom that included a bath.
The indoor pool was a bit small with limited seating around the side.
Facilities
9/10
The swimming pool had clean water and a temperature of 28 degrees. I saw the gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It also included a selection of free weights, from 2kg to 20kg, for guest use.

Good location for city trip

central location walking distance friendly staff
The location was central. It was walking distance to anything i need in the cbd like circular quay or martin place. It was also close to the train station. This was handy because i came from the airport. The staff was friendly and accommodated my needs.
The air conditioning in the room wasnt cool enough. It ran all the time and was set very low. It would not go below 24 degrees.
Rooms
9/10
The room was nice and big, it included a shower with great pressure. The design had clean lines with a large bathroom and a separate bathtub from the shower area. Complimentary cookies were a nice addition.
Dining
8/10
The hotel breakfast had decent choices. The restaurant featured food that was very good. I had dinner and breakfast in the bar area, that was good value for money.
Facilities
9/10
Major tourist attractions are a short walk from the hotel. There is also easy access to public transport if you dont want to walk. I did not use other facilities .
Service
10/10
The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They cant do enough for you. The concierge services were excellent, i would use them again.
